★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I visited for hair colour and pedi, I was happy. but second time I had a horrible experience. He cut my hair too short inspite of telling again and again to not compromise the length. When I reached home, I realised one entire section of hair was way longer than rest of the hair. I was patient and went for correction. He accepted his mistake and cut the hair. But now my hair is too short, so can't tie them up, nor leave loose as there is no style. Very very disappointed and angry. A bad hair cut is not acceptable. Pb salon, you've lost me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had requested a straight cut. The person did something completely different n did not cut the hair in level.charged me 500. And took 100 from another customer. Had to go to another parlour to do my hair right. These people need to understand..it's not about the money. It's the feeling of being cheated.
