Good , clean and professional approach of the entire PC Clinic team. I had a hard disk and battery issue with my laptop. The entire matter was approached professionally with proper checking and advice by the PC Clinic team. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I will certainly recommend PC Clinic Mahim for any issues with respect to laptops and desktops.

They are very cooperative and good at what they do. Charges are very reasonable.Will not charge you for any fake issues and will bill you only for genuine problems and repair/servicing issues. Customer friendly and genuine people. Got both my office and personal PC serviced with them. Keep up the good work.

Spilled alcohol on my Asus Vivobook 15 and took it to Gauhar within 12 hours to clean the spillage. Had followed all first aid protocol of liquid spillage (switch it off, keep the laptop inverted in a sealed plastic box with silica gel, drained all excess liquid etc). Before the cleaning Gauhar switched on the laptop to verify that it was alive. Everything worked properly before he started working on it. However after an hour long isopropyl bath of all the internal components and scrubbing with a toothbrush by his assistant (which I think was not required as there was no dust at all) , once he re-assembled the laptop, the display wouldn't turn on. The laptop was with him for over 6 days and eventually he declared a motherboard problem and handed back to me in a worse condition than when I had brought it in. I took it to a friend's father who owns an IT store and after a few days of trying to fix it, he eventually called it a lost cause and confirmed that the damage was due to manhandling of the motherboard (most likely due to very harsh scrubbing, which damaged a few components on the board). To be honest, Gauhar himself seems like a genuine fellow, but his business is only as good as his staff, and the kid who was scrubbing my motherboard screwed it up big time. Had Gauhar paid attention to what his team was doing, I would still have my laptop in working condition. After realising his team messed up, it seemed he tired his best to fix it, but the story ends in disappointment. When I came back to collect my dead laptop, the two rubber pads underneath the laptop were missing and the screws of the back panel weren't screwed in properly. Gauhar kept blaming the motherboard damage on the liquid spill and defended and justified himself, dispite confirming that the laptop was fully functional before he and his team started working on it. The laptop went dead AFTER the cleaning. The other technicians confirmed the motherboard was physically damaged. Few points - please NEVER allow anyone to douse your motherboard in isopropyl and scrub it with a toothbrush, no matter what they say. Even if its liquid damaged, do spot-cleaning (using isopropyl on a earbud) to remove the liquid from the IC. Make sure the isopropyl that is being used for spot-cleaning is atleast 90% concentration of alcohol. I trusted Gauhar and his incompetent team, and it cost me my laptop. I don't think I can ever recommend PC Clinic to anyone for any risky work. Need to install a new ram or hdd, sure they can handle it. Anything even mildly challenging, I would not recommend. I wouldn't ever trust them with my machine.

PC clinic is an excellent laptop/desktop repair centre. They are prompt with their service and genuine engineers with good knowledge. They have been servicing my laptop safely for nearly 2 years now and I would highly recommend them. I had a hard drive issue this month and got the laptop within 12 hours completely repaired.

I spilled water on my bed and it reached the vents of my MacBook Air shortly which was kept at a small distance and the rest is history. I could turn it on but slowly it just went dead. For almost two days I left it lying in my wardrobe but at the end of it, it was dead. For a small mistake I had to pay the price of it at the cost of my work during lockdown. Only through google reviews I contacted Gauhar for the first time and he was very supportive throughout. My laptop was diagnosed properly and is as good as new. I’m writing this review after 2 weeks of being assured that my MacBook is working just as fine as it was.

My office recommended PC Clinic as they given excellent support in lockdown period.so visited PC clinic for personal laptop repair. they are skilled young engineer .I highly recommend them.

Indeed the bestest service seen so far in my experience though in a bugdet friendly manner !! My most of the laptop & monitor issue got sorted bcz of PC clinic team.. U guys doing great job and keep doing soo!!

You can go with all your problems and they have all solutions to it. This was my second visit and i am satisfied with the service for both windows and Mac laptop. One of the few vendor for Macbook repairing.
