I always visit pc jeweller but now truely not willing to go there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Very indifferent to customer care. Staff was like bare faces, stern, uncaring. Took 2 hours to buy a bracelet, when I was the only customer in store. Very limited collection. I had to exchange pure gold so I had no choice but to chose from.just 10 designs available. Jewellery brands usually give VIP treatment to customers. But here staff were just so uninterested and with rude indifferent attitude unpleasant experience. Will.never recommend. The only positive was they gave reasonable price for old gold.
