★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most lackadaisical attitude you will see outside of government institutions with an air of arrogance. Issues with honoring timelines, solving technical issues in access cards, parking stickers, allotment letters. The biggest sore point of the otherwise good Palava experience.

It feels like they are not for convenience rather they are fault finder.
They have been specifically recruited for not doing at work/request made by you.
You go 100 times to PCMA office with single or multiple reason 97 times you came out without solutions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience of staying here. I am facing so manny issues with plumber service. Plumbera not responding. And if we call 311 they say that we will send plumberas but they dont do anything. No impacy even if we send mail to escalations. Some times there is no water of long hours like 10 hrs 16 hrs. Smell from outside the building and 311 not at all doing anything. They simply says plumbers are busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with the service! I am a resident (tenant) of Casa Rio and have applied for the building access card on 19th Dec 2017. While applying they clearly communicated that I will get the card in 20 days. 25 days later, today I went up to the PCMA office and still the card has not been made. Upon asking for clarification, they asked me to come again after few (2) days by then they will make it available. For almost a month now I am dependent on a call centre to enter my building, which at times doesn't pick calls or delays in picking up. In 7-12 days one can get international multi-currency trade card from bank but you can't get a PCMA building access card in 30 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PCMA's system is not organized at all. Had raised concerns related to my flat multiple times but none of them were addressed. Their executives are useless and don't respond well most of the times. Very bad overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 lady staffs in PCMA office, where we collect access cards behave very rude, in fact they behaves like stray dogs. Such a shame to Lodha altogether. Experience we received when we come to easy lease office was heavenly, PCMA office women employees are such a shame, one man in PCMA is the only one who helps, 2 ladies next to him was literally screaming to everyone coming as if they are in fish market
