They should be ashamed of their customer service
Customer is like a King ? they should respect the customer rather then using a cheap abusive tone specially Sakshi Nahta and her team was ridiculous and over all it’s clearly mentioned for Sakshi nahta should learn some manners to deal with a customers better go back to nursery Sakshi and learn some manners and discipline with others
Senior dept of Mumbai branch should take a serious action against these type of behaviour and a negative impact from a company employee to the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my 2BHK here but since last 1 month i am not getting any confirmation like HDFC bank is approved this project or not? At the time of booking lodha team have committed that all major banks approved this project and not problem for loan, but actual fact is different, Be careful before booking your property. My experience is not good and no RM is reachable when face any problem.

Sales staff is very unprofessional ,I think lodha is not paying them . I don't know the name of my guy handling my prospect but I suggest lodha to revamp your sales team members; as they are first impression .
I went there with my cheque book for booking in Savannah but the attitude of sales team suggested me otherwise.
For every query their only answer is please watch our 9Dx video.
After that I started checking reviewsof lodha builders ,and to my shock most of the buyers in lodh regret the purchase. It seems there is a genuine problem with the top management.
No wonder the company is facing a huge debt crisis with their bonds declared junk.
