I requested for Name change and submitted GAZETTE copy as a proof of change, Bank lady representative is not aware of Gazette and saying its not a valid document for name change. I am surprised to hear that, Can someone from SBI top management educate the bank staff?? I am still struggling to change my name in bank records.

Frequent changes of the bank manager has affected the working of the branch. Bank needs to provide more stability here if they want better customer satisfaction

Timings are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 2nd & 4th sat & sunday is off. It's in pallava but doesn't goes with the standard of pallava. Entire staff (4 people including branch mngr, no guard) takes lunch together & kept people waiting in branch. Suggestion: at least one person can take lunch separately & meanwhile help people for general enquiries. Unfortunately I never had seen in any bank where entire staff goes on lunch break together. It was more than 1/2 n hour break. Break ends at 2:30 pm and branch closer timing is 3:00 pm. Overall there work was ok, but lunch together activity makes people to wait which is not correct.

Pathetic services, reached bank by 2pm (taking into consideration previous experience that lunch break is taken somewhere between 12.30-1.30) staffs including the manager were chit chatting and spending time as if the bank didn't have any customers. 2.40pm approximately was attended and given the statement, they were not even attending the queries properly except for the cashier.

Wish I could 0 star, Bad service, Bank employees are irresponsible and fool new account applicant. By asking for Rs.1000 for mandatory PA insurance cover for new digital savings account at the time e-kyc submission. Called Cust care to know that PA cover is optional, no charges to paid at account opening. Bank Manager provided with wrong info that PA cover is mandatory with no other option. And no acknowledgement slip provided for e-kyc.

3ed class service bank always close both niche and xperia.. 3rd class service from government.. Uneducated staffs...

Only one guy looks to be working seriously all other womens are literally sleeping. If you ask anything they only point fingers to each other "next counter pe pucho". I don't understand who hires these lazy people for such type of jobs where they literally don't know how to do their work.

The branch is pathetic. Looks like staffs are sleeping. They procrastinate in every small matters too. Unlawfully forcing citizens who come for account opening, to take insurance policy. Denying to opt for, leads to maltreatment and not letting people to open the account. It appears to me that employees are less aware of the product and process. They don't hesitate to misguide people. They are not ready to provide proper assistance. I visited multiple days just to open a savings account and yet not accomplished. They are just transferring me manager's cabin to staff desk over and over again. I strongly condemn such behavior and do recommend to avoid this branch.
