★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch specially in these covid times. Working completely against government directives regarding senior citizens. Forcing senior citizens to compulsorily to come to the branch and stand in line to update a simple thing like form 15h. Rude and obnoxious behaviour of the staff at the gate. Unwillingness of inside staff to work. Least bothered about the spread of virus amongst customers. They r just trying to keep themselves safe while customers standing in sepentine queues with no social distancing. If form 15h is to be downloaded only from their end, why can't they mail it to customers on their email ids and accep the same at their gaye. Why increase queues by asking all to stand and enter the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service , maybe because of staff shortage, but experience was horrible. You need to spend couple of hours for very small work. All work done on only 1 desk so always long line is there. Maximum time printing machine not working. Sometime line comes out of the bank.Air C condition maximum time not working. I am 16 year old customer. But overall bank performance is very very poor of this branch. Administrator must see in to this and improvement shoud be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They all are dumb sitting their and wasting goverments money which means our money.... Those fat a$$ madam who just sitting their and making chairs hot don't know nothing .... For 1 issue I had visited 6-7 times.. every time I visited ..they gave me wrong form to fill.. and finally I sick of it and leave my issue as it is... I'm so frustrated that I wish I could slap that dumb mam..... SBI Bank is worst in the world.
