★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place changed my perception of SBI being a worst service provider.The Manager,Ms Neena is so cooperative and helpful on my first visit even though my branch was IIT Powai,I changed my operating branch from Powai to MTNL Sector 14 Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will not get any acknowledgement of request you submit. Only one person to process the request.. in real means it's government bank. Better to close account and transfer it to another private bank. Atleast you will get basic banking service when required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have raised an issue for unnecessary cheque book issued and charged despite being a free issue. No response even after many days. Sad. Customer care wants me to go to to the branch as they can’t help. The bank is till in the stone ages (?)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with SBI Sector 14 branch w.r.t. Home Loan. Really appreciate Branch Manager Surve Sir for his cooperation and help. He is very attentive and helpful. Really thankful to him and his staff for there help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t take loan from SBI and deposit too. Can’t handle documents. They didn’t handover my home documents after loan clearance. I have cleared it in feb 2021 till the date they are searching my documents. Worst service. Heavy interest rates on loans and very low interest on deposits. This bank is good for fraud people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars is only for the staff at the counter who was quite cooperative. However overall SBI needs improvement. For account closure I had to fill in multiple forms and walk from one counter to another to get multiple level of Authorization. Bank manager confirmed there won't be any acknowledgement for account closure but the staff suggested to have a statement which would have a line confirming account closure and this was what was expected to be suggested by manager. But nevertheless thr bank gets 3 stars at this point.
