others salary not given 8 months ago.when I was in rabupura he gave project to Bengali survey team they completed survey about 4 months Prabhakar diwaedi ask them for data they demand project cost but Prabhakar diwaedi send 1 goon vikas kumar he made plan next day for taking some reading ask Bengali submit data and take payment.deepu driver play main role he ask Bengali surveyor come with me for site he leaves them in ground where unknown person came and took 2 dgps . Prabhakar diwaedi not return dgps and no payment .this kind of Prabhakar diwaedi is .
