★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very close to made easy. Even break time also you can come to room and take rest for sometime.
As compared to few pg’s i can say it is some what better. And having good facilities. Mainly wachine machine.
About lanlord, (simarn )good person. He never say anything to me.
As compared to all rooms i suggest pent house room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to live in. Peaceful environment. Feels like home. Student friendly rates with all the facilities available( laundry, maid, water chiller, water purifier RO, WiFi). All the rooms and the floor area are nicely ventilated through open shafts and balconies. Situated in the heart of Kalu Sarai gives you easy access to all the institute's classes and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this PG for the last 2 years. I am a student at MAAC and I would like to emphasize that some folks have personal interests and are hence writing wrong things about this PG. In fact this is the best PG which is why so many folks have given it a 5 star rating. Also when it comes to washroom hygiene, there is a maid who comes everyday to clean all the washrooms and any student can approach the maid to clean up the washroom in case it's not clean. Also when it comes to security deposit, we have all signed an agreement that the security deposit will be adjusted against the last month of our stay (the month agreed mutually). If we plan to leave before the agreed month ONLY then our security will be forfeited. It's very plain and simple. You can all judge that if we all have agreed to stay till Feb/march 2018 and if someone is crying about security in August then that person had to forfeit for leaving before the agreed time. Clearly the reason why they are posting fake and damaging reviews here. Don't be blinded by false reviews. Visit the PG and take your decision. The owners are decent folks, no reason to damage their reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live in. I don't know why there were so many poor reviews of the landlord's behaviour as I didn't encounter any such issues even after living with them for over a year
Super supportive and also has great access to a library
Below all in all a good place to stay
Wifi services I agree does falter... But that can be resolved by using your own data as a hotspot or if you have your own dongle or if you are facing persistent issues. The landlords Harpreet and Harsimran are more than eager and happy to resolve it. Just to ensure that you have a seamless experience from your own home to this PG.

Pros:average price
Wifi available, washing machine available, alkaline water with cooling distemper, table chair in rooms, camera's in common area
Made comes on alternative days for cleaning bathroom and common area.
Cons: no refrigerator
