★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for eight months, preparing for PhD Entrance exams. It was great experience living here. My room was very good and spacious. All facilities were available here AC, Water Heater, cupboards, decent bed and good study table and chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small and without any sort of ventilation. The photo of the room shown in pictures is fake. Rooms smell of fungus and have no windows. The tiffin service seems very unhygienic. I was very disappointed with so many obvious fake 5 stars. Please visit the place before making a commitment. 1 toilet on sharing basis for the whole floor.
