★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to go for tea in Delhi. The proprietor is knowledgable and personable and the prices are the best around, and much better than the duty free shop at Delhi airport.
It is right beside an open air market that is rather rustic, and the general neighbourhood can only be described as a slum. I would recommend that foreigners avoid the market and the slums and stick to major streets while in the vicinity.
