They had tie-up with Bajaj Allianz, who ask for original documents and when found guilty of losing them, they rejected my accidental claim. They dont give any specific format for any document and keep on asking the same thing again and again. I dont know, how dumb their agents are. The agents cant see, what the previous one has sent an email for.
