★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. I booked baleno zeta silver colour om janmasthmi 2017 based on confirmation about delivery on Dhanteras 2017. I completed all loan process before 1 week of delivery day & surprisely i knew before one day of delivery that your car is not available. ???. . I tried to contact higher management but sales representative persons are so smart and avoided my complaints. Really it’s a horrible experience.

service workshop is small. Not all vehicles are serviced.
If there is a problem in the vehicle and it is said to be serviced He says the vehicle problem has been solved but really the problem of that vehicle is not solved.
And gives false instructions
For Example:- It comes from the company,Not a working man,Come back in 2 days.
And worker not to be properly,They do not have complete knowledge.
If you want to serve, just clean it and give it back.
This is also known as cleaning.
But we don't let you clean up
We offer to serve.
Keep the customer happy if you are sitting with such a big one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bed experience. They have not even washed car properly. And someshort of noice coming from tyre after service. They recon its brake pads but when i gave it for service in morning, no any that type of noice coming while after service there was huge noice coming and even unable to drive car with that noice. My car is brand new and how can you expect that type of noice in tyres?
Also when i called them up again and complained about what they have done than they said send cr back and they will get it done but my question is why they have not done it at first time special when i am paying for it?
