People working here commit as if they have really good connections but in real all they have is an unprofessional behaviour that they block their customers and later tend to forget there commitments. Literally, such companies shouldn’t be there in operation. I may file a consumer court form in order to get my rights now as customer.
In my case, I was said that the delivery will be reaching Greece on a 22 August 2018 but it reached on 28 August 2018. I asked them literally like 10 times before handing it over to Mr. Amit cause if its not possible say me then and there before delivering it to Greece as the person was there till 22. I wanted to deliver it to Poland if it wasnt possible and said him that but as I was given a commitment that it will reach Greece by the time and today the company is neither taking responsibility to send it over to Poland from Greece and accept there mistake, nor giving my refund back on top of that saying me that “AS PER THE CASE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DONE ON DELIVERY ADDRESS”. Wow! I has now been a month and its still in Greece and think will be forever there as I personally dont know who its is with.
Mr Amit literally blocked me to run away from this situation (as he knew I will not be in Aurangabad so basically he must be thinking I couldnt do anything now) and when I did write up straight thanks for blocking me on his other contact number he unblocked me back. I feel like I was such a stupid handing over my courier to kids.
Nice working with Perfect Logistics. You are really perfect in betraying your customers.
