I had some food restrictions but hr managed everything in diet.

I contacted Rushil from Fitness Hustler, within a month I started seeing the results in my office work and personal life. I did not had any equipment to start my workout but Rushil managed it all with just resistance tubes, He taught me every exercise, benefits and risk of it. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable about training methodologies, human body & food science. I have seen amazing results since I enrolled with him since last 5 months. I have tried many home and gym trainers in past but this is my best experience so far and the longest continuation of PT. I would definitely suggest Rushil for anyone who is looking for a trainer who gives upmost personal attention and train with scientific methodologies.
