β β β β β Poor services from sagar pest as what they commit don't do in their follow up services. They commit to control pest in entire home and they do their services in kitchen area for cockroach control and deny give services in hall area & bed room as they say its not requires at all. On the contrary, they applied gel treatment in their first services in entire home. They need additional charges for that overcoming their commitment during agreement. Poor poor follow up service.

β β β β β I generally prefer to go for bigger brands which are established. Get to know about this company through one of my friends and experience was awesome. Apart from the quality of service which is excellent , I liked more about the way they handle customers. This company will definitely go a long way.

β β β β β We recently used thier pest control service for "book lice" and paid Rs 2800 for a 3bhk pest servicr.Which was very expensive but they said these chemicale for treating book lice is expensive and they will give us 4 more services within a year. Hence we agreed and thought of trying it out. The very next day itself (after the pest control was done) to he insects are back and on calling them they claim that they told us there is no guarantee.Whereas they never said there is no guarantee before we did the pest control else we would not have opted for someone's service that has no guarantee. They wanted to give us a complementary service instead of refund but on asking the company representative if this service will be effective they again said there is no guarantee. Since there is no guarantee of the service we requested for a complete refund of amount paid so that we can redo the service from a reliable vendor. (We did it last year and the effect stayed for almost a year). But they have only refunded Rs 500. Putting this detailed review here so that you all can save your money. Also I'm not sure how genuine this so called company is please have a look at the bill they gave us which is printed on a blank A4 sheet with no company name,logo or official signature. Also the reviews on Google are 90% fake reviews one of the reviewer Jainendra is the staff and the person I spoke to for the refund.their own staff has given fake reviews to make it reach an avg of 4.6. Also the senior staff has no mannerisms,when my mom told him we will write a Google review about your service he said "your most welcome we will be ready for consumer court also" They should change their name from EXPERT to AMATEUR. Please save your money and avoid their services.

β β β β β Do not be fooled by their fake 5 star reviews. Most of them are given by the owner, his staff and their relatives. They are way too expensive with extremely poor quality service. A lot of unethical practices go on here. There are much better services available. Avoid these scammers.
