★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had left my small Bruno for 10 days at Petfelix. The Petfelix team has taken very good care of him. He was enjoying his stay. When I admitted second time he was really happy to go there without any problem.
* In Petfelix has separate kennels for separate dogs.
* Separate care takers assigned for pets
* Pets food is prepared as per your given instruction
* they have large play areas for pet where they really enjoy
All these things pet makes them comfortable their stay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had recently left out 5 month old fur baby at Petfelix. We were extremely worried because we are first time pet parents and also we had to leave him for a week over there. Following are the points-
1) Mr. Oberoi has been very kind and patient since the beginning. He ensured that both us and Muffin had a smooth onboarding. He took time to explain about the facility and the activities involved.
2) Very accomodating. I give muffin homeo pills for his gastric issues and Mr. Oberoi patiently listened to all my requirements.
3) Muffin has his daily play time and his team is super friendly and loving towards fur kids.
4) You get frequent video updates about your fur kid and if you have any query, the team is always there to help you.
5) And the most important part- Our fur kid came home tick free and without any wounds or fatique.
He seemed very happy and settled in easily.
Thank you so much Mr. Oberoi and team for taking such good care of our Muffin ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I so wish I could give 6 stars or maybe one more than the max limit! There is always a chance that you got to take when it comes to trusting someone for the first time and leaving behind your dearest ones at their mercy! And I am glad I took this chance, this time with Petfelix??! Absolutely loved every bit of the support they extend towards making your “pawfect” companion feel just perfect in your absence and also the way they make you feel relaxed by sending updates and videos without ever being reminded or asked for it. It’s completely airconditioned, temperatures set at an ideal degree throughout and individual kennels kept absolutely clean for your pet to rest! For the first time ever, my little canine baby didn’t feel restless or anxious after coming back from a boarding neither did she have any boils on her body! The place is a few kms away from where we stay, but trust me, it’s worth a drive if that’s the kind of royal treatment your loyal buddy gets!
PS.: They also have a free induction day, wherein you keep your pet with them for 2-3 hrs.This is usually/preferably a few days prior to the actual day you decide to leave your pooch with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below is an honest first impression basis our personal visit to this place on 12th Dec 21 at their Chandivli Center. It is not intended to guide anyone’s opinion but just an honest feedback basis our short experience and with a pure intention of forewarning pet-parents as what to expect basis value for what you pay.
Firstly location wise - the place is well located on first floor of a large industrial building with decent parking place and open surroundings. Approach can surely be much better and well lit from the entry to the first floor.
Ambience - would say that its very well thought of but poorly maintained and absolute neglect on hygiene. The stench is unbearable and the accommodations are dark and dingy. Could not stay for more than 30 seconds and not sure how any human being can stay inside to look after the pets. BTW we were wearing masks.
Hygiene - extremely bad and really poorly maintained. The AC was running but the air needs to be re-circulated/not sure when the aircon filters were last cleaned. All the pets are kept in small cabins which are dark and not sure what air they are breathing. If you have a furry partner then rest assured this will carry on the fur for many many days after you take them home. The food storage and cooking is also questionable even if you give the best quality food from home.
Activity Area - surely again decently made but very very poorly maintained with stains all over the walls and extremely poor ventilation. Probably never cleaned and would have expected some tiles at least on walls or repainted sometime.
Price - we were quoted @ 1000 -1200 rupees per day but looking at the place, is not even worth half of it or probably not worth investing your efforts and leave your heartthrob for few days..!!!
Staff - seems properly manned but again their personal hygiene levels are questionable and how they will treat your pets. At least if the management is charging so much, they can give them a simple and clean T-shirt to wear while working. Not to mention when the staff goes out during these COVID times, how or what hygiene they will carry back and when you take the pet back home…. Then all the best with the virus.
Overall absolutely felt dejected from what we saw on website and photos. But will be a very good decision to visit and see in person before leaving your pet there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always worried about my dog getting bullied and risking injury by other dogs while at a dog boarding/ day care center. PetFelix is different. Here the focus is on games and fun activities for the dog, all without coming in physical contact with other dogs at the center. The support staff is caring and takes care of small details here. I like the place and the people here and my pet is happy visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time pet parent I very worried before keeping my 11 month old golden retriever here as she was never away from home before without us around and not used to staying in kennel. When we came to Petfelix, we were given a complete tour of the place. Kennels were clean, nice play area, enough staff. They insisted we take a free 1 day trial so that they and our Coco both know if they can manage. Our anxious Coco was very well taken care of, they send you regular videos. On our second visit she was very comfortable had food and stayed in the kennel and now we will be back every time we need boarding for her. Will next attempt an overnight stay for her knowing she will be taken well care of.
