★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong counselling and lied about age
This is our little Zana. When we got her from Oh My Dog, we were told she was 47 days old. As first time dog parents, we didn't know any better. We had a counselling session at the Oh My Dog shop and were asked to feed her an expensive chicken gravy and rice. When we fed her the gravy and rice, the whole night she had loose motions and pooped almost 6-7 times. We took her immediately our trusted vet the next morning, who told us that she was not more than 35 days old and she was too young to be given chicken and rice. We had this reconfirmed by another vet too. We immediately switched to baby milk powder and Zana recovered the very next day. When we got her, she also had huge tics in her ear on day 1, and since she wasn't cleaned properly by the store, those tics rapidly multiplied (since we were first time dog parents we didn't know how fast they multiply), and took us 3-4 months to get her completely tic free.
When we confronted the owners of the store about the age and the fact that they had asked us to feed chicken to such a tiny puppy (something the vet recommended we do only after she reached 3 months), we didn't get any satisfactory replies. Today our Zana is 9 months old and healthy are hearty, but she probably wouldn't have been had we not taken a great deal of care in the first few weeks.
A dog is not a phone or a laptop that you can lie about and sell, I would definitely recommend people to buy dogs from authentic breeders who breed the dogs themselves and sell dogs that are old enough to be sold, and not from this store. This post is long overdue.

Seeing the small fluffy white cotton ball gave me a sense of happiness I can’t really explain. Overall a great experience and a lifetime decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place and team - would highly recommend especially to new pet parents !! I got a beautiful Labrador puppy ‘ Snowy’ from Ohh my Dog apprx 2 months ago . It’s been a wonderful wonderful experience overall - the owners are extremely knowledgeable ,and give great guidance / Counselling to new puppy parents .. the staff is wonderful , accessible and always caring towards the pets and the place itself is a pleasure to visit f .. keep up the great work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Shih Tzu from this place on 24th March. I trusted the brand and the services / expertise offered by this company. I booked the puppy and was assured delivery in 10 days. No one bothered to attend the call after 10 days a s I need to drive down the place twice to know the status. Still no one bothered to call back or reply. All this was fine tilI I got the biggest shock. I got the puppy on 24th March and when i got her home she was not at all eating. When I called the comapny they said she got acidity and was prescribed with antacid. I gave that to her but still no effect. Finally I took the puppy to a known Vet to discover that the puppy was just 31 days old. So I was delivered with a puppy not fully ready to be adopted. No puppy can leave mother for 45 days as told to me.
Under the supervision of my known Vet the puppy is now doing fine.
Another thing is at the time of adoption I was just stuffed with the things which I never asked for and were not required by me at an exorbitant price. I had no option but to go for it as I was not aware about what all I will really need.
I have no personal grudges against anyone, I may be wrong in rating this company, but this is precisely what I went through. I hope the owners will take my review in a positive way and not personally

Their staff is outstanding and of great help. I really want to thank Dipen, Sankulp and Ravi for being there everytime and anytime to guide and help me. I always recommend this place for pet stuffs, food, care. My Golden Retriever, Blossom is always excited to go there, it is like a therapy for humans. Hehe,really.. Their cafe pefe is amazing with wow food. A happy place for my pet, my friends, family and myself.. Thank you Oh my dog for this wonderful service ❤️

By the way of introduction, I was never a dog person. My wife wanted to get one since a few years, but I always opposed. In spite putting my best foot forward, I had to finally give in. With almost NIL experience, we met two super-humans – ‘Sankalp & Dipen - Encyclopaedia for our furry friends’. They patiently heard us, took their time, and came up with the most adorable pet. As ‘BLISS’ turns “One”, I thought to thank the souls without whom this journey would have been impossible. Thank you for helping us to adopt one of the most beautiful, well mannered, playful, cute….. I can go on with my adj. for my baby. Trust me, unlike a typical pet shop owners Sankal & Dipen stayed like an extended family – helping us become good and caring parents, taking multiple calls to resolve smallest of our queries, reverting to late nights calls/messages - doing all of it with utmost patience - in spite of no monetary/economic benefit in return. This sheer passion displays your love for what you are doing.
You guys have created a unique one stop solution – from medical care to grooming, from selling varieties of food to clothing, from bedding to behaviour training.. this list can go on and on. The best part about Team OMD is they have created an environment where our pets can socialise and chill. The staff there is courteous too.
I can never thank ‘team OMD’ enough for helping us adopt ‘Bliss’ and making our lives Blissful.
