★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time was gud but 2nd time experience was very bad appointment time was at almost 9pm but my cats were taken for grooming was at 10.30pm... then with in 15mts grooming was done..... Noy atall satisfied... No wash no proper spong bath or drying even nail cutting was like of no use.... Then they say it's not vaccinated so cannot give bath buy 1st time bath was given... Really upset... Not gud....pls if u go c through that everything is done as promised
