★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved to this apartment complex, very homely neighbourhood, good area for walking in the morning, bit dusty, great community, busy Rammurthynagar main road... have to plan your entry and exits to avoid getting caught in traffic so close to home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good ambience and the flats are king sized 3 BHK. The traffic blocks on Ramamurthy Nagar Main road where this is situated were bad until Channasandra Bridge was being Constructucted. Now the blocks are bearable and will not hold you back for more than a minute or two except when there is a festival or event (procession) happening on the road. You have 2 parks inside. Water is available in plenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in the flats in this place in the late '90s when it was being built. But just looking at the construction quality and size of the pillars made me think otherwise. After few months, when my friend moved in, I again visited and was surprised to see that the same pillars I thoroughly examined, were all well plastered and looked considerably thick. The location is bad. You will be caught in traffic jam the moment you move out. Likewise, if you want to reach home, it's a nightmare.
The only good thing is that once you're inside, you get some excellent neighbours for company. That's why two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for some time and moved out of this place.Neighbour hood is good.If you are time conscious then kindly avoid this place.Most of the time buzzling traffic at snails pace.Apartment footpath occupied by street vendors. Pedestrian use side of the road and two wheeler parking obstruction.Minor accidents common.
Brought the issue to traffic department and apartment management but fall to deaf ears.
