Bed bugs, you can not on the water heater when you need. broken washing machine, T.v without any thing to watch, just for show case wifi, but they will ask for more rent. Money minded people. stay away.

washing machine - will not work properly - it will not wash your cloths instead just rinse it and stops working in middle.
water Heater - you can not use it as you need it. They will on only for 2 hours in the morning if your lucky you can use it or else you have to bath in cold water even in winter.
Bed - full of bed bugs, its the home of bed bugs.
Wifi - wifi routers are present but you will not get internet.
TV - Its present outside the room but you can not watch any channels as they will not pay for it.
Rent for 3 sharing without food 5.5 k and advance 3 k, with food 7.5 k (only 2 times food and you will get rice every day morning and night).
owners are rude and they will not respect the tenants. If you have any problem, then they will ask you to leave the pg and they will not solve any of you problem.
Move over, if the owner feels like you have more money than they will increase rent only to you. (your room mate will pay less than you).
Friends are not allowed.
My laptop got stolen and even after complain, the owner did not do anything.
Rooms will not be cleaned daily, possible one or twice in a month.
Rooms are small and congested. you may tumbled by bed and cupboard while walking as the rooms are small but they will ask for more rent.
Fraud owners who will restrict you for everything.
Please dont join here if you want to live peacefully and the money you pay is not worthy.
Please beware of this.
