★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The groomer was completely unskilled and incompetent. He lacked the basic knowledge of which areas needed what level of cutting. He also ended up wounding my dog with his unprofessional handling and my dog now has cuts that are causing him immense discomfort, not to mention the fear of infection from these wounds. I don't understand how the owner could let him handle a dog alone when he hasn't completed his training and still lacks the basic knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in touch with Vicky bhaiya last year and he helped me out with fostering some of my rescue kids. Very compassionate staff and all kids always seem happy there. He keeps sharing videos and pics regularly/ daily of the kids and is always responsive over the phone no matter what time of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place along with the owner is a blessing, the way Mr Vicky has handled my cat was a treat to watch and very gentle. Never lost patience when my cat threw around his little tantrums. The service was impeccable and the owner with his humble nature has made a costumer for life.

Bella (my pet) has skin fungal issues and needed Sulphur bath, Mr. Vicky proactively got that for us and ensured she had a great experience throughout. They were super professional and very accommodating(I had a last minute booking on a Sunday) . Thank you Mr. Das and your team, we'll definitely be coming back for more.

Petresort has a very homely boarding atmosphere & friendly dogs to play with. They also provide regular update on whatsapp & always treat to watch the playfulness. Mr. Vicky ensures that the pets are well looked after, would recommend 10/10 for boarding.
