★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had contacted Petspot for relocation of our child Fruity from India to Poland.
Initially we had a short telephonic conversation with Vizal regarding relocation of Fruity and from the first interaction, she seemed very much knowledgeable, confident and professional.
She had explained all the steps required for relocation to Europe from India.
When we visited her, she immediately implanted the microchip inside Fruity and the other necessary vaccines.
She explained the purpose of each vaccines very well.
The charges are also very nominal. She did not overcharged us unlike other relocation services does in case of inexperienced pet owners.
She had helped us to plan our travel ddates correctly as our travel dates were tentative initially, as the pet needs a cooling period of 90 days.
She has guided us about Fruity's diet as well so that she does not face any troubles in the crate. She also adviced us how to crate train a grown up dog easily. She had even adviced us which flights we should consider for Fruity, as in COVID situation all flights were not carrying pets. They have also cleaned and decorated Fruity's crate beautifully.
During this time Vizal had always followed up with us timely and promptly whenever anything is required from our side and updated us about each and every steps from Petspot's side. The cost of their services is also nominal and affordable.
I highly recommend Vizal, Sandeep and Petspot team for any pet relocation service to any country.
They are highly knowledgeable, reliable and amazing guys who will handle everything with ease.
I can not thank you enough Vizal, Sandeep and team. You have done an amazing job.?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in a huge dilemma when we decided to relocate our pet dog (Mac-Labrador) from New Delhi to Vancouver, Canada. We inquired from a lot of places and agents but no one provided us with clear direction. Most of them rejected and the ones that agreed created a lot of fuss regarding documents and were charging a hefty amount for it. Then fortunately we came across DogSpot and I’m so glad we found them. They provide all sort of solutions to any service related to pet animals. Ms. Vizal along with her team guided us throughout. From preparation of documents till the pet reached destination, they took care of everything charging a very reasonable price. They have no competition when it comes to client satisfaction. I highly recommend them and can trust them blindly.

Phew Phew Phew !
I am very very grateful to one and only Vizal Atheya from PetSpot
I successfully travelled to Canada with my boy Dexter all the way from Mumbai > Frankfurt > Serbia > Frankfurt > Canada under the guidance of Vizal.
I was in a constant dilemma since April when I got my visa approval. I was in touch with Vizal since then. She understood my concerns and was with me throughout the process handholding us just like a sister would do.
Since April I intended to go but for some reason, I couldn't and later there was a continuous travel ban on flights from India.
Finally, on July 9th we started our journey taking our boy to Mumbai from Surat. There we got clearance to export from Animal Quarantine center to go towards Serbia.
We had all the proper documentation which we were asked by Vizal.
Honestly, I did reach out to multiple pet relocators before I reached out to Vizal, and trust me, she's the best you'll find in this industry. She knows what you and your pet go through when you take them along. We were quoted about 3-3.5L from other pet relocators for pet transfer through Cargo. She made sure I don't invest so much and always asked me to wait until she came up with a solution. She has reached out to a couple of airlines so that I don't have to send my boy via cargo. She was adamant not to spend so much.
We were so worried and confused almost all the time and she motivated us and calmly answered all our queries even though there were repeated.
We were to go from Bombay and she still assisted us even though her office only works in Delhi region.
Finally on 12th July I and my boy Dexter reached Canada. Thank you so much Vizal !!

My fur baby pogo arrived safely in Toronto Canada today and we are so, so happy to see each other after a year! Thank you all for all your work arranging her trip over the past weeks.

I was very impressed with your prompt and thorough replies to my questions, and especially with your warmth and reassurance during the whole process. I found your company very reliable and professional and will highly recommend without a second thought it to my friends if they ever need to fly a pet somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they are very co-operative. Ms Atheya is very kind, very understanding, polite and good at her job as she helped with paper work for my parents dog. There was little delay in replies which can be improved it could be because of time difference but it was excellent service over all. Will be taking their service again for my cat when I’ll be travelling to India and will leave another review again. Really trustworthy and fast with their work. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vizal had been very supportive and helpful in order to help us carrying our baby(google-pug 10years) in cabin. Its like a dream has come true, I was so worried since the time I had decided to move abroad as I was getting married and God sent vizal to help us make sure we take Google along with us, honestly speaking I spoke to 2-3 other agents and they were charging enormous money also no specific response also was convinced by one of the agents that I can take google only and only in cargo since he is over weight, I had cried a lot to make sure if I leave India I am leaving with Google cant hve a second thought to leave him. Vizal and team has been supportive, polite made the transportation process very smooth for us. I think apart from charging fees from the clients she is earning blessings too.

After talking to numerous pet relocaters we found petSpot and we can happily say it was the best find we could ever achive for our pet.So many different relocators quoted us in lakhs and pushed us to send our pug(snub nose breed) in cargo but Petspot made it possible to send our pug in cabin itself with a pocket friendly price.They not only helped with all the paperwork and AQCS inspection but also suggesting the pet friendly space to stay meanwhlie the whole process took place.We had so much anxiety with the whole process but Vizal and her team made sure that we feel better and nothing worry about.Also a big shout out to Mr Sandeep for running all the chores for our pet.
They also have launched petfood which i have to say really good for pets.
If you are planning to relocate your pet to any destination then PetSpot is the answer.
