★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good place for your pet’s pampering as the place is big for your pet to enjoy his pampering session but the owner is slightly arrogant and only treates well the customers he likes.....also he only motivates foreign breeds of dogs (as he is a breeder) which i feel is lil harsh because every dog is special and must be treated equally......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pet shop and grooming center located in the by lane of Borivali...small but has a very welcome ambiance for the pet's...the grooming center is clean and the staff is well trained...the owner of the place Akshay is very soft spoken and knowledgeable and we being first timers in keeping pet's gave us great information and guidance .... great place must visit...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review after almost 4 months since Akshay , the owner, helped me getting a puppy. My daughter wanted a puppy but we had zero knowledge about it. Akshay was very helpful and guided us. He explained about various breeds what are the advantages and disadvantages of various breeds. He advised female Shih-tzu and the Breeder from whom we got(Daisey) we blindly follow him and we are very happy with the Decision. Thanks..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking about Akshay the owner of Pets In The City he is really kind and extremely helpful person ... I was speechless when he gave me Maggie ( Female puppy Shih Tzu ) at night 2am and kept his words , he came down my Tower that midnight ....only for my daughter Kiara as she was waiting for it long hours ... best person I have met he guides me so nicely and very straightforward and polite person ... I would give 100000000 stars ⭐️ . Would highly recommend to take small cute puppies from him only ... Thank U Akshay for giving me the best breed Shih Tzu with good quality .
