★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for puppy play time. People are very friendly here. 100 rupees per hour for one person. If u bring your pet with you to play it's 150 per person and they give a cupcake specially made for your puppy. GREAT PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we had an awful experience at Petstreet Indirapuram, near gate number 5 ATS.
Initially they told us the charges for trimming of a golden retriever is 400 rupees but at the end they charged us 1000 rs with various excuses, though it was basic trimming only.
If anyone visits the store please discuss the price before hand because eventually they will just con you, just sharing our bad experience as none of them is ready to listen once the job is done.

Very bad service. They gave literally ice instead of icecream.... we also customised a cake and it was customised really badly. It was really different from what we wanted. Worst dog cake shop ever!! Dont ever purchase from them. The employees were really rude too and were not cooperating with us at all and did not even resolve our issue . They were making excuses and first said that they can make customised cakes and the cake was nothing like what i asked for!!! WORST CAKE SHOP EVER ALERT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst pet shop ever. They have paid for the reviews they have. My bill was ~450 out of which shipping was 120 (from Ghaziabad to noida). But the food that came, my dog didn’t even touch it. It had hair in it!! The worst service and food. Avoid at all cost!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever experience, staff is not good. they charged for ticks wash for my pet. however probably they have done simple wash or no wash for the pet..when we complaint about it. and try to figure out, no one knows at the first place who was the pet, later they start blamming each other for it. pathetic service..
worst staff....
