★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having two aquariums from 5 years. one time I just visit this shop to find some good fishes and I buy some fishes and after they telling me that I have to clean aquarium every month. but I know that before 3 months we no need to clean aquarium any more. they trying to make money from the customer unnecessary, don't buy any thing from this shop.

We purchased an aquarium with few fishes from them. At the time of sale they promised good quality and after service. They don't know how to clean the aquarium and every time they come to clean it they mess up with something or the other like the air filter, lights, water pump etc. As a result of which you will end up spending unnecessary money on buy replacement parts from them. Over the last 5 months we have spend close to 5k in the maintenance of a small aquarium and all this is because of their carelessness. Highly dissatisfied from their after sales service. Cannot recommend anybody to buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to clean my aquarium. After his staff cleaned 4 fish died within 2 days. I don’t know what kind of medicine he put. On top of that he is not ready to claim any responsibility. They have no idea what they are doing . Zero expertise
