★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first purchase through PetSutra was during peak of Pandemic that too to a remote village where I was residing.
I was desperate to buy Pedigree food for my pet. Though, I placed my request online, lost hopes on account of complete lockdown from 24th to 31st May 2021 in Tamilnadu.
PetSutra have whatsapp number and I was receiving positive messages, stating will get my parcel soon.
Though the scheduled date of delivery was 24th May, I received the parcel on 23rd.
The parcel was perfectly packed with free hand sanitizer kept inside. The delivery staff maintained all precautions; like mask, social distancing etc.
I was extremely happy and a great experience on my first purchase with PetSutra.
I understood that the first priority for this organisation is Service and only the next is Business.
In a scale of rating from 1 to 10, I can give 10 and 10 only for this organisation. They work hard with sincerity and dedication to make possible even impossible tasks for the benefit of their customers.
Thanks to the entire team of PetSutra for their great service to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the newly launched Miskitty treats for my Kitty. She loved the taste and texture of it. It contains zero preservatives and my kitty recommends it to other kitty friends too.
About pet sutra, their website has enough options to choose from be it pet food, toys or supplements. The delivery was also prompt and tidy.
It was a free delivery too to add to the pro's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with pet sutra this time…. Your Customer care executive booked the order on my behalf…. Nd i believe he would have ordered the right one after i told him…. Bt instead of adult food he delivered me puppy food…. Nd when i ask for replacement ur executives r so slow to provide replacement….. my pet nd me r suffering from ur not so caring attitude after getting prepaid money….. being a customer for couple of years nw….. will never trust pet sutra again…. Attaching a Pic of old order just to show hw much food i hv brought frm u ppl….. very disgusted nd unprofessional attitude from u ppl

I’m very disappointed. I placed an order yesterday and paid online. I have an email confirming the payment and yet the delivery man took the package back because according to their records the payment was pending.
A delivery that was supposed to be made at 5:30pm was attempted at 10pm .. and then there was no one from the PetSutra team available to clear the confusion.
This is not acceptable.
Either get the package delivered or refund the amount that I’ve paid.
Also please make sure you don’t make talk claims about your services if you’re unable to provide proper assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome discounts....more than Amazon/Big Basket on comparison. The delivery is very prompt....I ordered the product at 11 AM and products were delivered to my address by 5 pm. The packaging is great too, none of the boxes inside even had a scratch on them. I recommend this site too all those who love their pets and wanna give them good nutritional food and supplements.

The packing was excellent and food was of manufacturing date of April 2020 with expiry of September 2021. Really appreciate their service.
