★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really poor in case of emergencies ....my dog was sick whole night (vomiting dehydration ) I called them first thing in morning to get appointment I was told by receptionist take one for 5 pm ....after explaining her so many times that it's emergency ....she was not ready to take us and kept saying there is no slots .....then I asked her to please share doctors number so that atleast I can get guidance in mean time that was not done tooo ...later when I called she said ma'am is still not there as she had puncture .....and assured I will get call once speaking to doctor ...but that never happened until I wrote a complaint to Dr Anushree ....this clinic seems to meant only for scheduled things it seems like vaccination deworming etc ...I would recommend people reading this review to think twice before enrolling your pet here ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the way doctor treat my cat. Both Dr. Anushri and Komal are the best. They both answered all the queries related to my pet patiently. Staff is very friendly with pets and know how to handle pets. The clinic is clean n neat. Highly recommended.

The level of unprofessionalism is unmatchable.
This place has lost the value after Dr Anushree has left.
Staff is know for creating confusions and blaming each other for it!
I visited here instead of my regular vet as its close by and it was grave emergancy. Inspite of taking appoinment and being there right on time they not only made me wait, but after half an hour asks me to wait for some more time as present doc has to leave and some other doc will see in issue when she arrives!!!
And this all was named as misunderstanding and served with sorry!

I always have a good experience and correct diagnosis for my persian cat. But once I visited and Dr Anushree was not available so I had to consult some other doctor and I didn't find the diagnosis right. My cat is still facing itchiness and the suggestion was completely different from what Dr Anushree shared as general suggestions.

After seeing my above review, the clinic consulted my on the issue and arranged a cal with doctor Anushree. I explained the issue to her, and as always she gave me the right suggestion. I really appreciate the teams effort and thankful to them for the immediate action and response. This shows that the team understands their responsibility and seriousness with your pet babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing the experience Dr Komal was very kind towards our pet baby Milo who suffered a fracture in the leg and delayed her travel seeing the emergency and to take care of him. Very thankful for her gesture. Our baby is recovering now ? all three dogs of mine are taken care very well n advised nicely as n when required . The only suggestion is to improve the front desk

We talked for an hour about how to care and what to expect in the future. She also never advised any expensive unnecessary products and is always on call for any emergency. We feel very lucky to have come across this clinic. Thank u for everything. ❤❤
