they can't even lift the phone. they will not do the work.
I have submitted the documents in this office to change the name in UAN. it have been 3 months completed. they till not done the work.

But the Aunty who was sitting on token counter, was not willing to help me as she refused to provide me a token and marked cross ❌ on my form without understanding the form.
She was not able to understand English and read, she straight away rejected my form.
After that her superior has accepted the form and helped me with my concern.
I can't understand if someone not understand the English/proper Hindi than why they are authorised to cancel the form and how they get government job..she is totally illiterate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compare to other government office this EPF Office very neat and clean you can see the beauty in picture too. Garden also available for visitors for waiting. Staff behaviour also very good. Morning office timing 10am and Saturday, Sunday off.
