★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg to live. Rooms are very dirty, AC doesn't work and food is pathetic. The owner is very rude. They do not return security deposit. It's best to avoid this place.

Pros:
- Well Maintained PG.
- Daily Cleaning
- 3 times a day veg meal on time.
- Tenants can use kitchen if required.
- 17" LCD in every room ( Sony or LG)
- Basic facilities like locker, bed, mattress, pillow , bedsheets n pillow cover provided.
- No interference by anyone.
- 24x7 cold drinking water available.
- 24x7 water supply.
- Friendly staffs.
-Continuous electricity supply at night.
- Unlimited WiFi @ 200 bucks/month
- Affordable Pricing.
- Air Cooler facility during summers.
- Hot water facility during winters
- Understanding PG caretakers.
Cons:
- Meal quality not good compared to adjacent PG (Sheetal PG)
- No inverter backup and generator will start only if power-cut exceeds 60-90 minutes.
- Laundry service not available.
- WiFi not available for Ground floor n First floor tenants.(Coverage issues)
- Triple Sharing Rooms only.
- Air Cooler and Hot water geyser services are available like 1-2 hours a day.
- Bed sheet n Pillow cover needs to be washed by tenants. New one is not provided even if you are willing to pay.
- No KFC, Domino's or Pizza hut services available to your location.
-3KM away from nearest Metro Station. (MG Road Metro Station)
- You can't invite yur girlfriend over to your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst Pg I have ever lived. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty and AC does not work properly and they are not going to repair it. Don't accept anything from owner if you have already given him rent. Security deposit 3000 is very high and which they are not going to return.
