Pros:
Close to Noida City centre metro
Close to market
Good food
3/4th of the rooms have attached bathroom and balconies
Wifi
Lights, fan, WiFi work even when electricity goes out
These basic amenities are available in most pgs
Cons:
Limits on food that can be taken as breakfast, owners keep on changing the amount of rotis or parantha one can take.
Blatant favoritism
No lunch except on sat sun
The caretakers are rude and arrogant
Separate charges for other amenities, have to provide cleaning supplies
Owners are intrusive and don't respect personal space and try to micromanage the lives of ppl living there
Girls are encouraged not to talk to each other or go to each other's rooms (helluva boring for extroverts)
Might face slight bullying if you are on notice period, also the owners ask you vacate rooms if you try to talk to them about any issue
Lots of gossiping and slandering of people who vacate the pg. Basically anybody who refuses to be a sycophant will face character assassination.
The washing machine spews dirty water onto the main road, and the caretakers shout at you as if that's your fault
Absolutely great place to live if you are someone who goes to workplace / study place in the morning, can survive on less food or have means to spend on food, and come back at dinner time and just sleep off and don't mind owners being completely curious about your life and giving opinions unasked for.

My worst experience wd this pg.owner both husband and wife is illiterate they don't know how to talk wd girls.they r very greedy for money.they do unnecessary restrictions on girls.husband always see girls wd some hints and wife run oyyo room type activity in pg whenever her husband is not available.so who so ever is want to go to see that pg.. please don't go they both have extra martial affair and they do run wrong activity in pg
They will check your room in your absence,
They always count your roti
Good reviews only becoz they have not been there more than 6 months,
First judge the person then go for good reviews.

Owners are very cheap
Whole day they stay at pg only, and sleep in the room when girls leave for the office
They checkout your room when u r not in room and try to disconnect the wires,
Male is very very cheap gye, he stairs to the girls in very worng way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst pg i have ever lived . This pg owner is money minded and plus they don't have good ethics , they restrict girls with food also , there is no safety for girls as the owner bring lots of boys in pg in absence of her husband. I will not advice anyone to go there .
