★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with OYO Life Pun628... even after booking time slot for property visit, the manager was not avalable at the property to attend on our visit. Spoke to few occupants/tenets and was surprised to know that he is never at the property and they have to do basic things like pumping water in overhead tank and so on... spoke to OYO Life customer care who were giving excuses insted of resolving the issue.. A totally bad? experience.. and that's not all visited another property OYO Life Pun533 after this one and there it was even bad ?experience... Have lost faith in OYO as a brand... hope the youngest billionaire owner is listening...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to stay. Consider this to stay in place of zolos nearby. There is inverter backup so you wont feel a thing during power outage which by the way happens a lot in Hinjewadi. There are TVs and Water geysers in each room. It might be costlier than Zolo but it is easily worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst PG I have ever stayed in. Except for the rooms, there is nothing worth a praise in this particular PG. Because they impose abrupt and any sort of rules at any point in time. And, if you are dealing with the owner of the building then, be careful because they are double faced people. They behave very well at first and then slowly they start showing their actual faces. And they also create a ruckus if and when you decide to leave in terms of the returning of the advance amount that you have paid to them, etc. They look for excuses to cut your money and if anything happens in the PG or someone else does something in the PG, they will try to find a reason to blame you for that and they also sometimes don't return your things, if you keep your things in the room and go to your house or somewhere else for a certain period of time, which I have seen happening with other people staying in the PG (this particular thing has not happened with me but, I have seen that happening few number of times). And when it comes to the way OYO Life operates, you will find it difficult to complain about any issue to the company through the app because many a times they doesn't respond to your complaints or else it takes a lot of time for them to provide you with a reasonable solution.
I have stayed there for almost a year but I had a peaceful stay just for the first month only and after that there was some kind of a problem that kept arising and kept harrassing sometimes only me and sometimes all the people who were staying in the PG. And, once there was a theft that occured in my locked room and even after having so many cameras they didn't helped me at all and instead they blamed it on me and left the situation unsolved. So if you decide to stay there, then I'll say that Stay At Your Own Risk and be really really Careful. And if you want to take my opinion then, DON'T STAY THERE AT ALL and instead look for some other place to stay because any other option will be much better than this, I can promise you that.
