★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a flat in The crown greens t2 1401 ,few years ago decided to go live there recently realised the car parking alloted is soo tiny that my suv does not fit into it even after getting it banged a few times manged to squeeze it however was not able to open the car doors ,can something be done about it please ?

Project is situated in Hinjewadi Phase-3, 200 Mtr from Upcoming Metro station.
I think 6 towers already delivered and 5 more r coming up.
1and 2bhk affordable homes with luxurious Amenities.
Price starts from 35.50lacs o wards.
Sales staff is well informed and answered all the queries.
You can visit d site as they have actual flat ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dump Yard Homes !!!! Dump yard behind phase 1 which causes filthy smell round the clock. Check backyard once before taking any decisions. 3rd class construction quality. No clear response on any queries. Inadequate amenities. Absurd agreement clauses. Balcony enclosing will void flat warranty, No alterations, modifications in flat allowed, only 3 residents allowed in 1 BHK, 4 residents in 2 BHK. Shamelessly branding themselves with neon signs on building, boundary wall and not voluntarily paying any marketing charges to society. Using societies water, security for office in "Fern" wing. Most of 5 star rating by TCG staff, contractors, Home Loan agents. Non payment of unsold flats maintenance. Forming association, condominium of buyers to utilize proportional FSI in other planned phases whose actual owner is flat purchasers. AVOID TCG AT ALL COSTS !!!!!
