Gym and swimming pool facilities are also available here.
Regular cleaning.
Open amphitheatre.
And the morning view from balcony?.
If you are planning to rent a flat or buy one in tinsel town, I'll suggest you front view side flats of B building as it gives the best view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)There is rent for 2bhk is not more than 12000 but for rent they are quoiting max money
2) Water issue is there garbage problem aminities problem you have to pay as tenant to use aminities
3)Bachelor's leaving on cot basis so flats are in worst conditions.
4)Some peoples leaving there are rude to the tenants. Parking issue is there.. Rent is too high not as per market value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad to live in at all... The society itself is incredibly clean, well maintained. But be honest to yourself, every single society has some issues, this is no different - The flush doesn't have water sometimes, like 3-4 times a week, but gets sorted within an hour or so. The lifts are a bit weird, sometimes the transportation lift is just out of order... Take a a LLLOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGG Time to get to the 16th floor.... Very slow indeed!
However, Overall, it's a really good place. Well managed, well maintained, but of a fixer upper, but who isn't?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst committee members I have ever seen. Don't opt to rent only by looking at amenities you have to 500 rs per person extra to use the amenities. So basically if you are 4 members you have to pay 2000 rs extra per month to use amenities.
It would not be fair to judge all committee members based on one guy. Remember this name Rajesh Pathak, He behaves like bully he thinks that he is superior than others and have authority on others. He don't have manners how to talk with others. A lot to say about him ..

As I experienced, "Sada Sukhi Raho" team is very cooperative.
Possession process was smooth & on-time. Definitely I am Happy to recommend Kohinoor Group to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great infrastructure located on the way to phase 3 Hinjewadi. The swimming pool was not in operation. I liked their security protocol and infrastructure there. However, there are no good grocery shop nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best utilisation of space. The amenities area is built with keeping kids and adults in mind alike. There is separate play area for kids. Nice outdoor sit out for adults with view of amphitheater. There is tennis court, basketball , raised garden, club house with swimming pool, gym, squash, sauna, steam, pool, TT. The apartment are well built with good height, materials used are top class. The stp is state of the art. Ventilation and view are great. And knowing that there is RYAN INTERNAL ACADEMY and metro work right outside the apartment is in progress. This is good place for self and investors alike.
