★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well my friend ordered almost a month back and he cancelled the order....Payment was made online and they promised to refund the amount within 7 working days.. nd nw it's almost a month the money had not been refunded and we get to know that the order was nt cancelled.. secondly already the manager had a word with us regarding tis and still no action have been taken and tey are jst ffkinv around.. I hope atleast tis review let's tem to take an action or else tis is gyi to other people who are placing ter order and to b carefull

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are residing in megapolis and if you are looking for dominos pizza in hinjewadi area then i would suggest please do not waste your time on it.. They are not going to place your order. Their store is always offline.
One of a dominos pizza delivery guy once told me that one can order a pizza from dominos quadron IT park store before 9 PM only on weekdays. And when you try ordering it, the dominos pizza website or app will always give a message-"Store is currenlt closed or offline" (due to store per kilometre problem).
As store is not available (anytime), one cannot enjoy pizza. And when you call their customer care they will ask you to get a pickup. Please tell me one thing- If store is close then how can you order a pizza with pickup facility.
Worst pizza service in hinjewadi and near by area.
Dominos should open an outlet in megapolis as its a growing area and big IT hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff starts packing up by 8:15pm. By 8:20-25pm their online store is closed without fail. When you try to enquire they lie about store being open. If you try ordering over phone, they state that the electric ovens are off! Hopefully Dominos starts taking control over this franchised store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is cheater. Ordered 2 cheese burst pizzas online through Zomato but got only one cheese burst and other normal. When called to their manager for enquiry , he behaved pretty rude. Said can't do anything and disconnected. Tried calling again but he didn't pick up. Can't expect this from reputed pizza brand. Wakad branch is better.

Very poor, specially now, when most of the food chains are open and providing online delivery option.
