★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only duplex apartment in Hinjewadi. Its located near very prime location in phase 2 besides Infosys and many top IT giant companies. Metro station will be exactly just 100 meter away from the society gate i.e just opposite to dohler by 2022-23.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked when the groundwork had hardly started. Was given rave reviews of Gera. And they stood true to them. Possession was timely even with the lockdown situation.
Giving them 1 star less because of CRM. CRMs keep changing and there seems to be no proper handover of issues to new CRM. You have to start your discussion from start again with the new CRM. And most of the times CRM changed again before resolution of issue. Same goes with accounting department. There is no timely updation of payment details. So always keep your accounts updated at your end.
