★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megapolis Serenity and Saffron has some serious design flaws.
First, the kitchen gate is directly opposite to the gate of bedroom. Anything cooked in kitchen will directly flow into bedroom.
Secondly, other kitchen gate is very near to bathroom gate in utility area. Smell of bathroom will directly go into kitchen. It is very unhygienic. Rest size of hall and bedrooms are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor construction quality. Leakage in every rains from Windows and ceiling for almost 90% flats.
Chasing builder to fix it for good but no proper solution provided until now and it again started leaking in just 10 minutes of rain today.
What kind of bad quality construction can have this poor results ?
pls refrain from buying any property in megapolis. They can not solve sepage and leakage problem for more than a year now.
Disappointed and feeling cheated.

Real feel of nature beauty . Best Builder with amazing township planning.
Here you feel peace of life after the work.
Township has planned with lots of amenities swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, cricket ground etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst material used by the builder. New buildings flats are also getting leaked within 3-4 months. Not at all recommended to buy as cheap quality materials are been used as in Symphony. Management team is also not attending the issues.
