Inspite of having dedicated child play area you can find children playing below the building and making loud noise which may disturb your peace ,if you have a baby at home or you are doing wfh then God help you to cope with it.
If you are targeting for floors at lower floors avoid it as it will hamper your peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to buy a flat here but I cancelled the deal. I'll state the reasons below and would urge anyone buying a flat in this society to be cautious and do all the due diligence before proceeding.
1. I had finalized the deal in C building, but I found out that my flat has seepage and leakage issues from the above flat. It was really bad. After speaking to the society plumber, i realised that this is a very common problem in the society specially A,B,C blocks. So before buying a flat, do remove the false ceiling and check for any leakage issues.
2. The flats having balconies and windows towards the Maan road at the back beware! There is a lot of heavy traffic in the Maan road which results in noise pollution so much so that you cannot open your windows and sleep at night. It is manic! And it will slowly drive you crazy. This is something that you won't realise in a visit or two. Also, the adjoining temples have annual events which will again drive you crazy. The garden facing flats are relatively peaceful but the sun direction is not great.
3. There are a lot of internal society conflicts. Till now the society was being handled by a government employee because the residents had a fallout amongst themselves. Now they have regained the control but not sure how long will this work.
So cross check everything in the flat and society and then buy, would be my advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do read this review before purchasing a flat here in Megapolis Sangria. I am sharing my honest experience.
The society looks good on the first glance but real challenges start appearing once you start staying here. I stayed here for a couple of months and faced the following problems:
1. Seepage issue: Almost every other house has water seepage issues. If you are purchasing a flat here, do check all bathroom ceilings by lifting the POP boards.
2. Noise from highway: If your flat balcony faces the Pirangut road then say goodbye to your sleep. Because there is consistent noise of big trucks and trolleys throughout the day and night. Trust me it is unbearable.
3. Far from everything: Initially you will like the thought of staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city but soon you will realise that it is a bit far from major amenities. Especially health facilities.
4. No mobile signal: You will not get mobile phone signal here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great township, superb location and nice and spacious apartments. The passage area is good and kept clean. The cleaning staff is always at work. The walking area is fantastic with lots of green plantations.
The place is literally located adjacent to a hill so there is no society adjacent to this tower. The booking process too is good and the staff will help you in all possible ways. The 3 bhk flat sizes too are good around 1200 sq.ft. Over all a very great property to invest in for home.

For the first time in my life I am hearing the sounds of ? peacock and saw peacocks twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. Lots of amenities such as badminton court, swimming pool, pool table, jogging track, etc. The swimming pool is mostly out of order though, so take note of that. To access the amenities, you need to pay around 800 per month. The society is in a secluded place, so absolutely no traffic noise. It also has lots of trees inside, so feels very calm. Recommended if you want to have accessibility to Phase 3 companies, otherwise for going into the city, you need to travel a lot.
