★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for Batchelor good locality and near to bus stop and near to vashi railway station and koparkhraine railway station and the price is 6500 for who are staying in bed rooms and 5500 for who are staying in hall and one kitchen for all free gas, free wifi,free electricity and washing machine 24 hrs water facility and RO for drinking water is available.. Lift is also available in that room cleaning also free..

The general cleanliness , maintenance and upkeep for the properties are good. I feel this to be my second home , as I use to travel from Pune every weekend. My Mumbai stay at Payel Guest house therefore was a memorable one. All my good wishes the Team and specially to the Proprietress Ms Purnima Pandey whose discipline had made this a success.
