★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a present article in PHD and Associates working since March 2018. I have been working in GST Department under Hon Shri Deepak Thakkar.
There have been a lot of FAKE negative reviews about the firm. Under my opinion, the firm has been providing fantastic exposure to every article whilst allowing them to have a work life balance. One of the golden policy of PHD is 'Never to Compromise on your Education'. Even when the due dates are on the head, the Partners never asked us to miss any class. I have been also provided exposure in GST audit, Appeals and Assessment, and learning various aspects of Indirect Taxation and its effect on the Country.
The environment here is safe and fun to work in. ALL SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE Holidays except when Season is going on.
You will join here as an article but will definately leave as a thorough professional Chartered Accountant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PHD & Associates, probably the best firm where an article can undergo his/her articleship training. The firm provides experience in all important aspects required to shape up career in our CA field, whether you end up practicing or take up a job. The firm takes special efforts to keep knowledge sharing seminars to refresh and enhance their articles' knowledge base. Rotational policy adopted to make sure, every article has exposure in each and every field. As far as studies are concerned, the firm provides sufficient leaves, also makes sure that articles don't miss out on their classes (if, any). Have known people from my batch, who are doing wonders after having completed their articleship from PHD & Associates.
Personally, I've had tremendous support from all the partners. Its' only because of their guidance that, I've completed 5 years in the BFSI Sector post becoming a CA. Thanks to all the partners, for making my base strong. Not to miss out on the discipline aspect, there is strong emphasis placed on making the articles well disciplined, to make sure they are punctual, well behaved and strong professionals ...which only helps making the future of the article bright and fruitful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed my articleship at PHD & Associates from the period 2013-2016 and since then working as an employee here. This association of 8 years of mine with PHD has been an experience to cherish . It has help me to develop correct work ethics.
1. I have got exposure of direct and indirect taxation. Its one of the few firms where the partners give you complete freedom and responsibility to interact with the clients, which helps an article to communicate in proper way. Having said that the partners take due care that even if an article assistant makes any mistake the partners own it up and always take care that they provide perfect service to clients.
2. My personal experience has been very good with the firm. Late sittings are part and parcel of every work organization whenever there are work targets to be met. But it gives me a sense of satisfaction and work accomplishment.
3. If you have crave for learning and correct work attitude this is a great firm to do your articleships.

This journey of 9 years with PHD, I got good exposure in Direct tax, Indirect tax, Valuations, Due diligence, Assessments and other related assignments. These assignments have helped to improve my analytical, communication, presentation & drafting skills. PHD is very well planned and organised CA firm with integrity, discipline, transparency, and client satisfaction at its core value. To summarize, I can say it helps to transform a college going boy / girl to be a good and ethical professional.

I continue to get good exposure in these 2 years in various fields like statutory & tax audits, tax assessments, international taxation and many more areas, but the best part about PHD is that partners personally try to enhance our personality and develop our speaking skills and confidence. I am from vernacular medium and had low confidence in communication, but my Principal made serious efforts to overcome my this problem.
Even the working environment is pleasant and very much friendly. We can directly communicate our problem to partners.

The firm has always been and continue to give me experience in various aspects of our profession.
I am also placed on outstation audits which has added to my confidence and learning without any fear of being in unsafe environment.
All the partners at PHD have guided me throughout, including good drafting and communication skills.
Late sittings due to work pressure is implied but completion of the task is what discipline is all about & my safety is always well taken care of.

Hetan Sir has not only taught me many aspects of Finance & Audit but mould me into my true potential. He always ensures we learn logics of Audit & Tax and not just bookish concepts. All colleague were also very supportive like family members. Indeed it was like my second home rather.
This is the best firm where you get exposed to different Audit Assignment as well Taxation related matters.

-Partners in this firm listen to your each & every doubt very paitently and explain everything in detail, clears all your doubts & gives clearity of concepts and fundamental.No metter how small anyone's query is they will always there to resolve all your queries & will make sure you understand the fundamental principles. I have personal experience that no matter how many times you ask doubts,partenrs will explain you with the same attentiveness always.
-PHD working environment is one of the best, here partners focus on every little things to make environment warm, cheerful and friendly, positive & supportive. It is the result of their continuous small small efforts & reflection of their personality & humbleness which makes PHD unique, and will help in sharpen you in all areas be it work or personality.
So here working environment is such that every senior article or employee or CA or partner is very friendly, makes you comfortable and always available for any doubts.
