★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this VijaySales thrice 2021-2022 for a phone, washing machine and fitness watch. Either they don't have time to attend the customer or they don't have the item at all..even for one plus phone they had only two phones on display and the new one they had only demo..don't know how are they selling..The gate keeper is rude too they made us park on the road side even though they had parking backside. The vijay sales at ghatkoper too is same the staff told us they will get the fitness band on the next day we visited and it wasn't there. I have also observed the interest rate on some products at vijay sales are higher than other places like Croma and reliance.. definitely not a place to buy any product at first go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of issues with parking could be managed better. But the sales representative was quick to help us and take us through the product specifications. There was crowd near the billing counter overall decent shopping experience and offers were fine as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service - please dont buy AC from this store. Their customer service is really pathetic. They made me visit the store - first they lied the AC is in stock . then they sent a broken ac. Post this i went to the store they told a lie that the replacement for the broken ac is going - which never came
then next day i called again 1st agent lied that he will call back in 15 minutes
then i called again - another agent picked up said why did you not ask earlier agent name - i was on leave - who gave you this wrong update
post calling again they said they will again give a call
better purchase electronics from better brands then Vijay Sales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd visited this place to buy a TV, I was attended to but the price negotiation was pathetic. I decided to visit the Andheri West branch and got a better deal to which the salesman from Chakala branch said you didn't tell me when will you buy!?! That's why he didn't give me a better price. Later I went there to buy an ac and the salesman was least bothered to tell me anything. All ac prices were jacked up and I was told if you get it at a lower price elsewhere, go and buy it from there. PATHETIC BEHAVIOR! Either hire some good salesman for your store or I don't think I'll see this store 5 years down the line.
