after getting payment their behaviour totally changed. their work are technically wrong and they dont take any responsibility for it. money wasted. not trust worthy.

Never approach them for anything. They will charge you and they will not do your work. They take no care of clients' needs and requirements.

Fake people

Very poor service. I contacted Research Noida a few days back regarding a detailed analysis of my study data. They told me that they have a team of experts in doing analysis. I told them that my study data needs an advanced analysis. They assured me that they will do analysis according to the best journal of the word. They requested me to do 50% payment in advance. I did as per their advice. I called them after one week and asked about study data analysis. To my surprise, they told me that they have to start my study analysis yet as they were not able to arrange a person. Then they told me that they have arranged a person for the analysis so I can talk to them regarding the analysis. I talked to the person who was supposed to analyze my data. However, she did not know how to do advanced analysis. Following which the marketing person from Research Noida told me that no problem they will arrange another team and provide me some data analysis after 5 days. However, even after 5 days they were not able to do any analysis and asking for more time. I told them you kindly return my money as I will get it from somewhere else as you have no expertise available. They told me that they will return my money in the next 10 days. However, they never returned my money in spite of my multiple requests, messages on WhatsApp, and multiple emails. They replied to my messages only when I told them that I will lodge a POLICE COMPLAINT and will go to DELHI CYBERCRIME. They never picked up my phone throughout out this conversation. Every time they had some excuse for not returning my money. In spite of all these messages, they did not return my money. At last, I decided to go lodge a complaint in the DELHI POLICE AND CYBERCRIME. I informed them regarding the same. This time I got a call from their side and they told me that they will return the money. Also, they threaten me with dire consequences. I was fortunate enough that I got my money back but no all are lucky enough. However, now I decided to lodge a POLIC COMPLAINT TOMORROW morning against Research Noida for threatening me. I have all the necessary evidence against them. My action will save other people who are going to come in their contact. I will also lodge a complaint to INDIA MART who are promoting such people. Moral of the story They have no experience in advanced data analysis They will never return your money in case they are not able to do your work (Unless you threaten them with Police complaint) They will never reply to your message, email, WhatsApp message after receiving money They will threaten you if you ask for the return of your money So, be careful before you deal with them.

Sorry it's not my choice. I don't want to do the same. But I called and massages you people a lots of times. On 23rd August you told me that paper will be published within 3 weeks. Till now are you giving me any information? When will I get my publication? Do you know how many problems I m facing? I will remove my all reviews, I just want my publication. Because of it I m unable to finish my work
