★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Purchased and assembled a Gaming Pc Build from this shop on 11/11/2020. The Sales person had a good knowledge about PC Parts. The Prices were a bit lower or similar to online pricing. Before-Sales Service is good. No freebies. No discount after a Quotation is made. Genuine Products. Boxes are opened and parts are assembled in front of you. Only issue is after-sales service. I had purchased Pc Parts worth Rs.1,06,750, which contained the following,

All the prices listed in the bill were including GST, the amount I had paid was including GST. BUT GST WAS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE BILL. I found many other Discrepancies in the Bill. Pricing of the Products was displayed as a one offed total, wherein only total amount was printed. I brought it to the attention of the sales person. he rectified it. But after I reached home, I noticed more mistakes in the bill, Serial Numbers of the products are wrong. Even some of the product names were wrong. Some products were not listed. So called the salesperson 9 times, Every time he had some or the other reason avoiding me. some of them were;” Send Pics of Bill Will revert back on Monday; I am on the way to the shop will do it today; Accountant is on holiday will come back on Monday; “sometimes the phone call wouldn't be received. Have been waiting for the bill rectification for almost 15 days as on 26/11/2020. BEWARE NEVER LEAVE A STORE WITHOUT CHECKING THE BILL.
UPDATE: 27/11/2020: 6:53 PM: Salesperson himself called me and asked what was wrong in the bill and rectified all the mistakes in the bill and also included all the tax details in the bill, all this within an hour. Satisfied.

Please don't visit this repairing shop ! They'll waste your time and will charge you 3000, 4000 for simple problems . Even if you ask them to explain about the problem, they'll not be able to explain because themselves they don't have any knowledge in computer repairing.
