I have bought full pack of pc components but they have cheated me with in built parts. And because the product is in warranty period I am safe but still one part is missing from the product.

The owner was very friendly the 1st time I visited the place to buy items.
However when I visited the 2nd time (the very next day) to complain about the faulty product that was sold to me, the same owner behaved unprofessionally, did not want to co-operate and made us wait for hours -
Finally we had to compromise and setting on getting a inferior quality product (for the same price we paid earlier) as the replacement for item was not available and the ower had no intention of getting it arranged from somewhere else or get it delivered once it was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are scammer first they will give you cheaper price of all the components as compare to complete market. after that once you pay half amount den they will tell you we have not added gst so by this they will hike the price of all the components and they will not provided any service after sale once product stop working within warranty period. Strickly dont buy anything from this shop. Scammer with poor quality service.

I bought a pc during the lockdown without a graphic card only bought the display card the shop keeper gave me the idea to do that. And then buy the graphic card after the prices are down. Today i bought the graphics card, rtx 3060
