I live here! Bought this place because it has two major positives - location and planning of overall structure. The positives end there! The execution is miserable and the management are a bunch of rogues.There is permanent seepage along walls adjoining bathrooms, cause tiles are laid With an inch of plaster for a 2' by 2' tile (i am not exaggerating!!) The bathroom fittings are of pathetic quality and you will spend half your time trying to get the facilities or project team to do repairs.
The price they launched it at 6,500 per sq ft is what it is worth. Please don't invest in this property at the current value. Highly overrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoenix One Bangalore West is located in one of the premium locales of Bengaluru. It has many luxurious amenities and is a part of the Premium Real Estate Projects of Bengaluru. It consists of 7 towers with 30 floors each. There is a beautiful club house and swimming pool and also a kid's play area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic developers. Ridiculous attitude. Aim is to cheat the customer. Bought a unit here but regretting it. Not been able to get a car park allotment for 3 years. Crm and facilities staff are extremely rude and have no idea how to talk to customers. Be very careful if you are buying in this project. Have bought apartments with other developers in bangalore, which has been very smooth but this is by far the worst experience. Shocked by how they treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not owning a flat here yet but shopping around. This property is at the right spot for living and investing. As an investor, I’ve noticed that flats are overpriced. Not only in Phoenix but all nearby. My biggest concern is their “smart” floor plans. This is the BEST example for a POOR architect and design. Majority of the time we spend time in living and dining area. The partition 8” wall may not be sufficient for the sound proof. This wall has spoiled the beauty of the home. I understand common walls in apartments but sharing happens in kitchen and utility areas. Builder’s “smart” in splitting and selling the property but not as a buyer. First time buyers will definitely get overwhelmed with amenities and a feel of luxury. Once we start living and getting used to amenities start noticing hidden factors! This is one of them. I am telling you this with the personal experience! I must give kudos to their classic plans. Really planned well. I’m okay to comprise on “smart” homes but overpriced. I’m debating whether I should consider buying here for amenities. Because they’re splitting 4 bedrooms in to 2 and 3 bedroom “smart” homes added nearly 200 more homes. This could be an issue in parking and other logistics. For any families privacy takes precedence over many other wow factors. I would like to hear from families living in “smart” homes. Whether it’s worth the price. I have seen great floor plans by other builders. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks for reading.
