★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All its construction seems to be faulty, these are people who seemed to have filled their pockets with the blood and hard toil of investors money, the promises are only for big pomp and show outside with shallowly implemented internal and basic requirements, it seems that these builder have definitely made a lot of profit with fake promises, pathetically implemented projects resting on shallow grounds, faulty building and cheap piping facility are their expertise, if you have loads of black money and you want it wasted definitely invest in their property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked el dorado and decided to cancel later. These people will push you to pay but when you decide to cancel, they just said - it is a process and will take time. Initially they told they will hold a flat. But when you are about to book it, they will say it is sold. They did this to me. When you ask for refund, they will take cancellation charges even second day itself. They told this exactly. Be aware guys. I will keep you posted if i get my refund back. Lets see how these people work and what they do. Another update - after so many mails also, they didn't call back or return money. They just commented as below and kept silent. The sales guy also never reacts to our voice. Now i got mail from their team saying 25k will be deducted. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I went to holidayinn thiruvanmiyur chennai office for office space. We are trying to relocate our office at omr. On that time office is fully occupied. I have met your executive kavita, she gave the details of world trade center pergundi project. Then I had a meeting with mr.Gnanaselan for that project. Recently I tried to reach them but no response. I tried to reach her and also landline nos but no response. So I went directly to the office & that security said office has been closed for COVID-19 and he has given the contact no of admin executive selvam. I had spoken with that person but he was not given any helpful information. His communication is not good enough & he was not able to communicate in English & also I'm not fluent in tamil language. Again we tried to reach him,he was not attending the calls. Atleast admin executive should know the basic project information & should be helpful to meet right persons. I don't know whether he is right person or not? So I went directly to perungudi residential office, that office security was not allowing me to go inside the office for COVID-19 reasons. One of the executive came out, then I met your guest relation executive sabmeena and I had given my business card. She asked me to wait for the executive but nobody has come. I was waiting for more than 30 minutes & again she came out but she was busy with her mobile. Another lady executive also came out, she is also busy with her calls.I had some other meeting also, so I didn't wait there. Again I went back to meet them at morning time, none of the employees has come to the office & if I tried to meet in the evening below 5 o'clock, security saying that employees are left already. They are mentioned office timing as 10am to 6pm. I was trying to reach them more than one month. They are having my business card but they didn't try to contact me once. For office space only I tried to reach them but no response from your side. Brigade is one of the famous brand in real estate at Bangalore. But in perungudi residential chennai office, your customer relationship management is very poor and they are not even responding the visitors & not even showing the fake smile. Here after I won't waste my time in contacting your peoples. Atlast I'm very disappointed and I won't suggest this group to anyone. We can see their irresponsible behaviour now itself. Through my review management can understand about their employees ?.Please don't waste others valuable time & try to appoint responsible employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cracks on the outside walls of Brigade Golden Triangle causing water leaking on the interior walls. Even after repeated attempts to contact customer case there is no response. Reported before handover - it was repainted; reported again later no response - I had to repaint at my expense; now a third time - still there is no response. In the mean time i have lost two tenants.
