They have really 2 or 3 stores in a city..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff looks so disinterested. Why don’t you check your cctv camera on 14 Jan at 7:20 and look at your store!! Orion mall bangalore Customer are helping themselves cos staff can’t be bothered !! When I told one of your staff the prompt reply came cos we get discounts and we can also shop.. english is weak !! What does that have to do with helping your clients work what’s new and how they can help !! They definitely need training!!

None of them knew their offer details. And none were bothered to find out.
Offer itself is a waste - buy 1 and get 1 of the exact same product and shade..! Hello? Am i buying sugar that I will want 2 kg instead of 1?
But my problem is also with the staff at this outlet. When I asked to see a sample at the dior counter was rudely told to try the Sephora home Brand (which is cheaper)
Later I went to Mac. Which is 2 stores away. Had a great experience trying lipsticks and foundations and ended up buying more than I needed.
This experience would have really hurt me.
Sephora gives me the vibes of that horrible older makeup counters/parlour girls where the staff judge you for the clothes you wear and are more interested in serving "posher" population. Yuck.
