★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did have an amazing experience here repairing the phone. Well we did reach a little late but the engineer was very patient to help us and also tell how it works. They did change the screen with in 2 hours and gave it to us. Even the customer support is also amazing. They did call for the folowup as well which was good to see how much they value the customer relation. I think they are best and next time if you have any problem this PHONE SMART should be on your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant work! Especially during this pandemic. Pick and drop is available and within 5 hours I received my phone back. My Iphone7’s screen was broken with no damage in the touch sensors and also the charging port was damaged. They replaced the screen with new glass (with no change in the touch sensors and display) and the charging port within 5 hours. Thanks to PHONE SMART Excellent work?? The price is worth it??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my screen replacement done here. They charged 2290/- for the screen's glass replacement and provided a screen that looked bluish and it just strains eyes. I had contacted them a month earlier and they had mentioned that there will be slight difference but will be almost same but turned out to be a huge difference. I was in confusion whether to buy a new phone or replace screen. As my phone was performing well I decided to replace the screen rather and continue using it. My decision turned out to be absolutely wrong. 2290/- has gone waste, the screen is now straining my eyes and I have no choice but to go for a new one. I cannot put my phone on exchange either because they have created dent while removing the screen and the glue is clearly visible. I would recommend anyone planning to change their screen just because the phone is still performing better, please think again as these repair workshops just want to earn money and most importantly they do not give any warranty for the glass replacement, only if display unit is changed they give warranty of 3-6 months. Well changing display will cost same as buying new phone so you would anyway never go for it. Hope my experience helps others to make better decisions for their similar situation.
