★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this outlet with my wife yesterday. I went to Nagerbazar, from there there is a 10 mins walking. Had been find of Phuchka and came to know this outlet from friends. It's a small AC restaurant having sitting capacity of 10 plus people where u can find varieties of mouth water puchkas, pav bhaji, sandwich, and smoothies.
Had tried normal puchka with imli water. Then mague fuchka, cheese corn Phuchka, chocolate Phuchka and green apple mojito.
The pick of the item which really remained in my mind is Maggie fuchka and chocolate Phuchka followed by cheese corn puchka. Do try their sandwich and pav bhaji to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PhuchkaMan is trying to create fusion food by combining traditional phuchka/pani puri/gol gappa with various other ingredients like chicken, corn, cheese, chocolates using various recipes. Result is very interesting combination which might be like by some. However, according to me, traditionalists can give it a miss. For me, it is not a phuchka if there is no mashed potatoes as filling and tamarind water to dip into. Tried three varieties. Phuchka with corn and cheese filling, chicken tandoori type filling and chocolate filling. The first two were very dry when taken with the phuchka however the fillings were tasty. The chocolate variety was moist but the chocolate itself was too diluted and watery.
One point here in terms of service, is when they served the corn cheese phuchka, we had to return it back since we found a hair after having two phuchka. When they gave the replacement plate, they actually served 4 instead of 6(the usual plate contains 6 piece). As we already had 2 phuchkas so they gave 4 as replacement.

The kitchen is very heigenic . And the foods are too much fresh. Those who want street food as well as heigenic food can try this.
That taste of dahi phuchka is just unbelievable. It's highly recommended. Cheese phuchka is completely new to me. It's also quite tasty ?. Schezwan poutine and corn cheese sandwich are also highly recommended.
